It remains clear that many agencies at all levels of government, universities, and other politically correct elites do not share our commitment to colorblind public policy. In the early days of the Biden administration, we have already seen a flurry of Executive Orders, memoranda, and concerning subcabinet appointments that point to a very active and radical civil rights agenda.
